Deveryware, a French company specialized in investigative technologies and global security services, took part in the Shield Africa 2021 exhibition dedicated to security and defense issues. From June 8 to 10, at the Abidjan Police Academy, the company had exhibited its cutting-edge expertise at the service of African players seeking to respond effectively to the continent’s security challenges.

Deveryware has been present in Africa for more than a decade and offers a wide and complete range of services, from forensic and digital investigation to real-time geo location platforms, cyber security, anti-fraud, crisis management, emergency communications and analysis dedicated to investigation – in particular through the Devery Analytics Telephony Data platform.

Deveryware’s African footprint, reflected in the opening of a subsidiary in Dakar in 2010, enables the company to offer technological solutions that are best suited to the needs of the continent’s security forces, which are tasked with combating crime, terrorism and radicalization. The group has also forged a number of partnerships with local organizations: through its subsidiary Tracip, the company runs a training program at the National Cybersecurity School in Dakar (ENVR). Deveryware has also recently formed a partnership with the clinical and research laboratory Sequence Africa.

At the 2021 edition of the ShieldAfrica Exhibition held in Abidjan,  the Group presented among other things, two major innovations on its stand : Mobil’RNA-COVID, a mobile and autonomous laboratory, which offers PCR analysis for COVID-19 virology with results in less than 4 hours, and Mobil’DNA, which allows express analysis of DNA profiles for rapid identification of victims. Two revolutionary tools, developed by Tracip, in partnership with the French Gendarmerie Nationale.

David Boisseau, Deveryware’s Export Director, said “Africa is a strategic area for Deveryware. Our aim is to help institutions on the continent meet their security challenges with innovative systems that provide a concrete response to tomorrow’s issues”.
