Indian Air Force Lady Officer Felicitated At The Women In Aviation Programme At Aero India (Transcribed Interview)
Good afternoon, I’m Squadron Leader Khushboo Gupta. I was commissioned in the year 2007 and I fly Chetak – Cheetah class of helicopters, they are single engine helicopters. Currently I’m posted to the most prestigious unit, single engine aircraft unit of the Indian Air Force, that is 114 helicopter unit which operates in the highest battlefield in the world. I’m the owner of the coveted glacier qualified captain batch and I land in the Siachen glacier and the highest helipads of the world that is Amar and Sonam. I’m extremely proud and happy and privileged to be a part of this women in aviation ceremony today. Thank you.
