Lucknow.21 December 2016. General Dalbir Singh, COAS visited Headquarters Central Command and interacted with officers, JCOs and men on 20 Dec. He in his farewell address said that the Army has the capability, will and resolve to meet any challenge. He further added that the Indian military had earned recognition in the global arena and respect domestically.
