- AGENIUM Group becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of GDI Simulation.

The new relationship builds on the existing activities, markets and industrial partnerships established by GDI Simulation and AGENIUM Group. Leveraging their complementary expertise, technologies and geographic presence, the new relationship aims to consolidate and strengthen the respective positions of the two companies.
The ambition of this industrial project is to bring together a broad range of expertise to foster the emergence of a leading company in the field of simulation for study, experimentation and training (live and virtual), serving the various branches of the armed forces: Land, Air, Space and Sea, as well as industrial partners specializing in solution integration.

The combination of the two companies brings together comprehensive expertise, ranging from synthetic environment generation to the development, production and support of experimentation and training solutions for the various sectors of the defence industry. AGENIUM’s AI capabilities will be fully leveraged and extended to the various products and solutions of GDI Simulation.
