Nagpur. 28 November 2023. In celebration of NCC Day, 20 Maharashtra Bn NCC hosted a highly successful blood donation camp, showcasing the spirit of service and camaraderie. The event, held on 27th November 2023 to contribute to the noble cause of saving lives through blood donation was conducted at the Kamala Nehru Mahavidyalay, Nagpur.
The atmosphere at the camp was charged with enthusiasm as cadets of NCC
Gp HQ Nagpur took a leading role in organizing and facilitating the event. Their dedication to community service was evident as they worked seamlessly with medical professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the camp alongwith Blood Centre, AIIMS Nagpur.
The initiative garnered widespread participation, with a diverse group of donors generously stepping forward to donate blood. The donated blood will prove instrumental in addressing the constant demand for this life-saving resource in medical emergencies, surgeries, and various healthcare treatments. Over 150 cadets participated with full josh and vigour. The same was apprciated by the Doctors and staff of AIIMS, Nagpur.
