Singapore. 05 November 5, 2015 . ATR Eastern Support and Fokker,have entered into an Aircraft Equipment Repair and Maintenance Agreement covering an extensive range of ATR components. The contract was signed at MRO Asia-Pacific on 5th November, 2015.

Under this agreement Fokker will perform Repair/Overhaul on ATR components and structural parts in its facility at Singapore Seletar Airport. With this partnership Fokker Services and ATR are able to offer component repair capability in the Asia Pacific region resulting in reduced costs and competitive turn-around times. Customers are supported in the region by the Fokker Services’ local Customer Service team based in its Singapore facility.

Fokker Services Asia obtained EASA approval on ATR 42/72 series aircraft in 2001, and have carried out heavy maintenance on many aircraft in their facilities at Seletar as well as providing on-site support for repairs within the region.

Since obtaining EASA approval on ATR 42/72 series aircraft, Fokker Services Asia has worked with ATR to steadily expand its Repair/Overhaul capability to include Flaps, Leading Edges, Ailerons, Elevators, Main Landing Gear Doors, Cargo and Service Doors to name a few.
