• At Euronaval, the Embraer Group company signs Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Portugal’s Beyond Vision and Spain’s Grupo Oesía, expanding its global presence

Paris, November 4, 2026 – Atech, a Brazilian technology company in the Embraer Group, announces the signing of Memorandums of Understanding with two key international partners during Euronaval, which is taking place this week in France. The agreements signed with Portugal’s Beyond Vision and Spanish conglomerate Grupo Oesía mark a decisive step in strengthening Atech’s presence in strategic markets across Europe.

The initiative reflects Atech’s strategy to expand its global reach through partnerships that foster joint technological development and facilitate access to new regions. “Strengthening these alliances underscores our commitment to building a robust international ecosystem, aligned with the Embraer Group’s long-term vision”, says Rodrigo Persico, Atech’s CEO. “By combining complementary capabilities with companies that already have a strong regional presence, we accelerate our international expansion and position ourselves as a highly reliable partner for strategic global projects”, he adds.

The MoUs cover complementary areas of activity and innovation. The cooperation with Beyond Vision covers the unmanned aircraft segment, combining the Portuguese manufacturer’s expertise in platforms and hardware with C-UAS systems alongside Atech’s Command, Control and Intelligence solutions. With Grupo Oesía, a leading Spanish engineering group, the alliance prioritizes the development and interoperability of embedded systems and defense technologies.

In recent years, Euronaval has served as a catalyst for formalizing this type of agreement, enabling companies to bring integrated offerings to the maritime Defense and Security market. “From a commercial and defense business perspective, these agreements significantly increase our competitiveness and market reach. The synergy between our portfolios enables us to meet the most complex operational demands in the naval and security sectors, combining cutting-edge solutions in onboard systems, drone technologies and mission intelligence with a coordinated commercial approach to capture new market opportunities”, says Giacomo Staniscia, Atech’s Vice President of Defense Business.

With these new partnerships, Atech is beginning the technical and operational alignment phase of the agreements, strengthening its ability to deliver customized, high-value-added solutions on a global scale.
