New Delhi. 28 June 2023. Maj Gen SK Vidyarthi, AVSM, SM, is an alumnus of National Defence Academy and was commissioned into 65 Engineer Bridge Regiment.
In a glorious career spanning over 35 years, the General Officer has served extensively along the Line of Control, High Altitude Areas, Line of Actual Control, Desert & Semi desert sector. The officer during his early career was also awarded with Sena Medal.
Presently, he is heading as General Officer Commanding, Uttar Maharashtra & Gujarat Sub Area at Nagpur. For his dedication, meritorious service and exceptional contribution, he was awarded with Ati Vishisht Seva Medal by the Hon’ble President during Investiture Ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhawan on 27 Jun 2023.
