Berlin. 01 August 2023. FAI Aviation Group, Germany’s leading global provider of mission-critical aviation services, has been named as a 2023 ‘Employer of the Future’ by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND).
FAI was praised for its entrepreneurial, progressive work – in innovation; investing in and maximising the use of technology and sustainable practices.
DIND, whose patron is Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics, is an advocate for small and medium-sized businesses in Germany. Through this award, SME’s who have stood out as being exceptional employers are celebrated.

Following the opening of its new MRO facility at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in February, FAI widened its workforce earlier this year, adding 10 team members including engineers and mechanics.
