New Delhi,13 Feb 2018. The Artillery Unit at Kalgai under the aegis of Dagger Division interacted with the local AWAM of the Isham and Chakra Villages on 11 Feb 2018.
During the friendly interaction, the Civilians were assured of whole hearted support from the Army regarding the safety & security of their locations. During this session, sweets were also distributed among the children and the Nursing Assistant of the Regiment also carried out BP checks of the village elders and distributed basic medicine as well.
The occasion was an opportunity to increase the harmony and understanding betweenJawan and Awam.
The event closed with advising people to ensure peace and personal safety in the region with a promise to standby for them at all times.
