Bangkok. 28 February  2019.  Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company signed a contract with the Thai Kom Airlines Company Limited. The contract signed requires the delivery of six SSJ100 with the 100-seats layout during the period of 2019-2020. Total value of the contract is about $300 million in catalog prices.

The first SSJ100 is to be delivered to Kom Airlines in Autumn 2019. Kom Airlines plans to operate SSJ100 both inside the country and abroad. The technical maintenance of SSJ100 is to be carried out by WishV, the maintenance and repair organization registered in Thailand.

There are currently three business version SSJ100 aircraft being successfully operated by the Royal Thai Air Force.

Superjet 100 (SSJ100) is a medium-range aircraft designed, developed and manufactured by the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company. It is designed for transportation of 103 passengers maximum. Maximum flight distance is 4 320 km. The aircraft was certified by Russian and European aviation authorities. Commercial operation started in 2011, delivered to the Customers in different modifications

Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company was founded in 2000 in order to create and develop new models of commercial aircraft. Today, the company’s main project is design and development of Superjet 100. Principal directions of the company’s activity are development, production, sales and maintenance support of Superjet 100 aircraft. The company is head-quartered in Moscow and the aircraft are assembled in the company’s branch in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
