- Company signs addendums to extend eligibility under Project Naman to January 1, 2026 for Armed Forces and CRPF martyrs; addendums for BSF and Assam Rifles to follow soon

Project Naman was launched to provide practical and lasting support to the families of Armed Forces martyrs. Under the initiative, eligible Next of Kin of martyrs are provided cement free of cost for the construction of a new home.
Through its association with the Kendriya Sainik Board, the initiative covers eligible personnel from the Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy, while its association with the CRPF covers eligible CRPF personnel. The extension to the revised eligibility period for the Border Security Force (BSF) and Assam Rifles is also being formalised, with the respective addendums expected to be executed in the coming days.
On the signing, Vishal Bhardwaj, CSR Head, Shree Cement Limited, said, “Behind every sacrifice made in service of the nation is a family that carries that loss every day. While we sincerely hope that no family ever has to endure such a loss, Project Naman is our humble way of expressing our gratitude and standing firmly with the families of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the nation. We remain committed to extending this support to the families of our martyrs and honouring the legacy of their loved ones.”
