Madrid, July 3, 2023 – On June 30, Indra’s Board of Directors approved, after consultation with the Appointments, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee (ARCGC) and effective today, a new organizational structure that strives to become a global leader in defence and technology. The new organization pivots around its four business areas: defence and security, technology and digital consulting (Minsait), air traffic management (ATM) and mobility.

Indra’s new structure also incorporates three new transversal support responsibilities: Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With the incorporation of these figures, the company strives to spearhead innovation, technological disruption and talent, while guaranteeing excellence in the execution thereof.

“This new organization, the design of which the CEO and I worked on together, will enable the company to meet the new challenges ahead for Indra. A more streamlined and cohesive organization that will drive all the teams that make up Indra in order to ensure that the whole is more than the sum of its parts,” said Marc Murtra, Chairman of Indra.
