IMCO Group Israeli developer and manufacturer of Tactical UAVs ranging from micro-UAVs to full-size light airplanes, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) showing intention to combine their capabilities for establishing a joint venture in the field of Unmanned Aerial Systems for defense, HLS, and security applications.
