Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $31,950,403 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-18-C-5432 to exercise options for encanistered missiles, fire control suite and launching mechanism for the Over-the-Horizon weapon system.
Work will be performed in Kongsberg, Norway (75%); Tucson, Arizona (15%); Schrobenhausen, Germany (4%); Raufoss, Norway (3%); McKinney, Texas (2%); and Louisville, Kentucky (1%), and is expected to be completed by March 2023. Fiscal 2021 weapons procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $28,074,331 (88%); fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $2,322,864 (7%); fiscal 2020 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $1,161,432 (3%); fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $191,776 (1%); and fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $200,000 (1%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (85%); Australia (4%); Japan (3%); South Korea (2%); Spain (2%); Taiwan (2%); Netherlands (1%); and Germany (1%), and is expected to be completed by December 2021. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,374,000 (58%); fiscal 2021 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,500,000 (27%); and Foreign Military Sales funds (governments of Denmark, Germany, Japan, and Korea) in the amount of $1,357,000 (15%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
