New Delhi. 09 September 2023. Addl Director General NCC Dte Maharashtra is in the ‘Orange city’ on his Annual Administrative Inspection visit to NCC Nagpur Group Headquarters, Nagpur which is one of the most important and one of its kinds under the Maharashtra Directorate as it has Air, Naval and RV NCC along with the Army NCC Units.
The General also visited 4 Mah Bn and CATC Camp of 20 Bn at OTA Kamptee. He interacted and motivated Cadets and re-emphasised the importance Eid Unity and Discipline in life without supervision. He guided them to focus on studies and NCC and aim to be model citizens.
The visit shall be a catalyst in reinvigorating the spirit and providing valuable direction in training and administrative aspects under the terms of references of the Maharashtra Directorate.
Maj General YP Khanduri, The Additional Director General (ADG) of NCC Maharashtra Directorate visited NCC Group Headquarter Nagpur on 08 Sep 2023. The Maharashtra Directorate under his able guidance and much needed impetus, has been able to achieve singular laurel of Hat-trick in 2023 Republic Day Competition amongst 17 Directorates, which is not only a record in itself for the Maharashtra State but speaks volumes about the spirit which encompasses Professionalism, Camaraderie and Respect amongst the various Groups under the Maharashtra Directorate.
The Maharashtra Directorate has grown from strength to strength under his aegis and has undertaken important social awareness programs. As a mark of respect to the General, NCC Cadets of 20 Mah Bn NCC Nagpur has given The Guard of Honour at NCC Group Headquarter, Nagpur.
