Lunglei , Mizoram. 01 February 2018. Mortal remains of No 4367732A Hav (Late) PC Lalfakawma of 35 RR (Parent unit -2 Assam Regt) reached his Village- Muallianpui, dist Lunglei at 1200 hrs on 31 Jan 2018.

The funeral guard by 01 JCO and 10 OR from 10 Assam Rifles gave the last salute to the departed soldier & a wreath was laid on behalf of IG,IGAR (East), DIG, HQ 23 Sect Assam Rifles, Comdt 10 Assam Rifles and OC, COB Sangau.

The villagers & religious heads carried out the funeral services as per the religious norm. At the cemetery, full military honour to the deceased was given.
