São Paulo (SP), Brazil, August 10, 2026 – Embraer (NYSE: EMBJ / B3: EMBJ3), a global leader in the aerospace industry, reported US$2.2 billion in revenue in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), setting a new all-time record for the April-June period. The figure represents a 23% increase over the same quarter of 2025.
On a consolidated basis, Embraer achieved adjusted EBIT of US$296.9 million in 2Q26, with a 13.3% margin. Adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve totaled US$401 million in the period, reflecting stronger operating performance, strong sales-related pre-downpayment inflows, and an extraordinary tax credit.
The tax credit, the exemption from tariffs and an improved business outlook led the company to raise its full-year guidance. Embraer now expects to close 2026 with an adjusted EBIT margin between 10% and 10.6% (up from between 8.7% and 9.3%) and adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve of US$400 million or higher (up from US$200 million or higher).

Performance by business unit
Defense & Security once again stood out during the quarter, reporting revenue of US$304 million, 38% higher year-over-year (yoy). Gross margin increased from 19.5% to 20.6% yoy, while the adjusted EBIT margin rose from 9.2% to 11.9% yoy, supported by operating leverage.
Executive Aviation generated revenue of US$725 million, up 32% from 2Q25, benefiting from higher volumes and product mix. In Services & Support, revenue reached US$565 million in 2Q26, 24% higher than the level reported a year earlier, reflecting higher volumes across all segments. Commercial Aviation reported revenue of US$625 million during the quarter, 8% above 2Q25, primarily driven by higher volumes.
