The strategic partnership will strengthen capabilities for the ACV in the region
ABU DHABI — Feb. 19, 2025 — BAE Systems has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bin Hilal Enterprises, a United Arab Emirates regional defense and aerospace company, that will see the two companies leverage their combined expertise and resources to support the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) in the Middle East.
The collaboration will build a strong foundation for localized services and enhance supply chain efficiency, improving the availability of spare parts, maintenance and long-term sustainment for ACV in the region.
