- Security industry veteran to lead national sales as company accelerates adoption of AI-enabled proactive video monitoring
LAKE FOREST, Calif., September 30, 2026 — Netwatch, a global leader in proactive video monitoring and AI-enabled security services, today announced the appointment of Kris Slimmer as Senior Vice President of Sales. Slimmer will lead Netwatch’s North American sales organization as the company accelerates the adoption of its proactive security model across retail, banking, critical infrastructure, commercial real estate, and other priority markets.
Slimmer brings nearly 30 years of sales, business development, and operations leadership in the security industry. He spent 13 years at Allied Universal, advancing through six leadership roles across sales and operations, ultimately responsible for a $400 million region. Most recently, he served as Division Vice President at Admiral Security Services, where he led the company’s $ 100 million National Capital Region business. Earlier, as Regional Vice President at Empire Today, he led a $150 million region with more than 500 sales consultants.
“Netwatch is entering a phase where the market is moving toward us. Customers want security that prevents incidents rather than simply records them, and our combination of AI detection and live operator intervention delivers exactly that,” said Justin Nagy, CEO, Netwatch. “Kris has run a $400-million P&L and built sales organizations that scale through both channel partners and direct enterprise relationships. What sets him apart is his focus on developing people and his discipline as an operator. He is the right leader to take our commercial organization into its next stage.”
Slimmer joins Netwatch at a time of continued growth for the company. In his new role, he will work across the business to strengthen relationships with customers and partners and pursue new opportunities across core markets.
“Netwatch has built something the rest of the industry is still trying to catch up to: a proven model where AI and skilled operators work together to stop incidents in real time, at scale,” said Slimmer. “The channel relationships, the enterprise footprint, and the technology are already in place. My job is to help more organizations experience what proactive security means. I am looking forward to getting to work with the team, our partners, and our customers, to achieve this goal.”
