IndiaOne Air Aircraft Makes Precautionary Forced Landing Near Rourkela

Bhubaneswar, Odisha. 10 January 2026 . An aircraft operated by IndiaOne Air Pvt Ltd, VT-KSS (Cessna Grand Caravan 208B EX), operating as flight I7102, departed Bhubaneswar for Rourkela at approximately 12:25 PM today.

The flight crew reported a technical issue and prudently declared a “Mayday” call in accordance with established safety procedures after about 50 minutes of flight. Acting decisively and professionally, the pilots carried out a forced landing in an open area near Kansor, approximately 15–20 km short of Rourkela at about 13:20 PM.

The aircraft was carrying two crew members and four passengers. All occupants are safe, and no serious injuries or loss of life have been reported.
