Dubai. 30 November 2025. At the Dubai Airshow 2025, where global aviation innovations converge, Unifly—the world’s leading provider of Uncrewed Traffic Management (UTM)—announced a major step toward transforming India’s drone ecosystem. With rapidly expanding applications for drones across industries, airspace safety and structured integration have become critical priorities. In this joint conversation, Toby Potter, Sales Director at Unifly and Suryakantt Sharma Director Corepeelers share insights into the two partnering companies’ ambitions for India, the technology behind drone traffic management and how Unifly plans to collaborate with Indian regulators to build a safe and scalable drone economy.
ADU. Getting to know first-hand is always good. We’re meeting here at the Dubai Airshow 2025, and you’ve just made an announcement. What is it about?
Toby Potter. Unifly is the world’s leading provider of uncrewed traffic management. Essentially, we provide air traffic control for drones. Our platform enables the safe integration of drones and unmanned vehicles into the airspace, working alongside manned aviation. We’re already active in North America and across Europe. Now we see huge potential in Southeast Asia, especially India. After extensive evaluation, we’ve selected a strong and credible partner in India—CorePeelers. Through this partnership, we aim to bring Unifly’s six to seven years of national-level UTM deployment experience to India, combined with CorePeelers’ deep market knowledge. Together, we plan to expand drone services and support the growth of India’s emerging drone economy.
