• Engineering Reliability: Xeric Aerospace Brings Global Technology and Supply Chain Excellence to India
  • Xeric Aero’s Vision for Faster, Smarter, Safer Operations
  • How Xeric Aero Is Redefining Aircraft Readiness in India

Dubai. 08 December 2025. India’s Aerospace and Defence (A&D) sector is experiencing unprecedented growth, attracting global OEMs and suppliers eager to integrate into the country’s expanding manufacturing and technology ecosystem. Amid this momentum emerges Xeric Aerospace India Private Limited (Xeric Aero)—a new-age aviation solutions company driven not by production lines, but by the broader mission of maximizing aircraft operational readiness across both defence and civil fleets. Founded by industry veterans Faizi Mohsini, Rajesh Sharma, and Divij Talwar, Xeric Aero aims to close the critical gaps in India’s aviation supply chain by delivering rapid, reliable access to aircraft parts, rotables, consumables, tooling, specialized fixtures, and ground support equipment that are often scarce domestically. With deep global networks and a strategic presence in the UAE—one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs—the company is positioning itself as a seamless link between operators, MROs, and technological solutions worldwide. Guided by the founders’ belief that reliability is non-negotiable in aerospace, Xeric Aero stands committed to raising the standards of quality, responsiveness, and operational expertise across India’s aviation landscape.

The Aerospace and Defence (A&D) market in India is on a growth trajectory attracting global OEMs and their suppliers to examine India as a destination to play a vital role in the global supply chain for aerospace components and parts. Amidst India’s ecosystem growth, there in another company which started operations this year, Xeric Aerospace India Private Limited (Xeric Aero) which is alternately focused on maximizing operational readiness and mission accomplishment of various aircraft platforms that are operating in India. This organization is founded by Faizi Mohsini, Rajesh Sharma and Divij Talwar with a focus on providing customized solutions from sourcing-supplying aircraft parts, rotables, consumables, tooling, specialized fixtures, ground support equipment and services that have limited availability in country by leveraging Xeric Aero’s global connect & reach through their presence in the Middle East’s aviation hub in UAE. With the founders having several decades of experience in the aerospace domain, they aspire to provide smooth link to the operators and MRO’s in getting access to faster and reliable technology and product support. Faizi believes that “Lives depend on the reliability and performance of aerospace systems, rigorous adherence to quality standards ensures that every component functions as intended, minimizing the risk of failures.”

The desire to establish Xeric Aero came from the fact that the primary operational goal for an operator (whether defence or civil) is to maximize aircraft utilization. When a plane is grounded (AOG) due to a missing part, it can cost an airline revenue loss or a missed mission for the defence fleet to safeguard the country. A fast and reliable supply chain directly reduces AOG events and maintenance turnaround times and this is what the founders endeavour to achieve.

Looking into the complexity of keeping the birds flying, the Xeric Aero founders are committed in building stronger global access to technology solutions and sustainable supply chain which they have with exclusive OEM partners and stockists worldwide. On another hand Xeric Aero is exploring to leverage India’s many advantages such as low labour costs, high availability of design / engineering, technical manpower & expertise in the aerospace domain and take them outside India bringing job opportunities for the people. So Xeric Aero’s approach is two-fold … bringing the technology solutions from the world to India and opening the world for the Indians to explore leveraging their technical expertise. Rajesh reinforces that the technical expertise is important and says “Aviation is the branch of engineering that is least forgiving of mistakes and hence there is a need to bring opportunities for technical talent.”

Xeric Aero has a strong quality commitment and it upholds rigorous standards to ensure the reliability and performance of every part or services that they supply. From sourcing to delivery, they ensure that each component meets highest quality benchmarks, providing customers with assurance of flawless service and dependable partnership. This is where Divij emphasizes that there is “no margin for error in aerospace and hence the focus on reliability is non-negotiable”.

The organization intends to leverage data analytics and machine learning to enable predictive demand forecasting, optimize inventory management, and automate logistics, effectively replacing traditional, reactive supply chain models with more efficient, reliable, and cost-effective systems. Xeric Aero is pushing for automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and AI-powered robotics to manage material handling and logistics for the customers within their production facilities and warehouses, increasing speed and accuracy.

Xeric Aero focus on enhanced supply chain visibility and coordination that will help in the following:

  • Automated Supplier Signalling: Predictive platforms generate advance purchase recommendations for suppliers based on anticipated demand, providing them with extended lead times and reducing the need for costly, last-minute emergency shipments.
  • Real-time Tracking: AI systems enhance visibility into the movement and status of parts during transit, in storage, and during repair, improving overall planning and reducing operational delays.

Xeric Aerospace represents a new model of aviation support—one in which technology, global connectivity, rigorous quality, and Indian engineering strength converge to keep aircraft flying and missions on track. As the company builds advanced capabilities in AI-driven demand forecasting, predictive supply chain management, automated logistics, and real-time visibility, it is setting the foundation for an aviation ecosystem where AOG events are minimized and operational readiness becomes the norm, not the exception. With founders who bring Fortune 100 aerospace expertise and a clear vision for harnessing India’s talent and cost advantages, Xeric Aero is not merely bridging supply chain gaps—it is expanding opportunities, elevating safety standards, and shaping the future of aviation reliability in India. In an industry where lives, missions, and national security depend on precision, Xeric Aerospace’s commitment to dependability and innovation positions it as a transformative force in India’s rising aviation landscape.
