Throughout the week, Deutsche Aircraft showcased its next-generation 40-seater regional turboprop, the D328eco®, drawing significant attention from industry leaders, government officials and aviation enthusiasts. The aircraft’s advanced capabilities and environmental benefits were on full display at Chalet #264, where the team engaged in meaningful discussions with partners and stakeholders about the future of regional aviation.
Key highlights of the Paris Air Show included:
- Garmin G5000® PRIME Flight Deck Unveiled: Deutsche Aircraft introduced the cutting-edge Garmin G5000® PRIME integrated flight deck for the D328eco, which will enhance pilot experience and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Leadership Evolution: The company announced a leadership transition with Nico Neumann appointed as CEO of Deutsche Aircraft and Dave Jackson stepping into the role of CEO of Deutsche Aircraft Group, reinforcing the company’s strategic direction.
- Special Mission Platform Partnership: In collaboration with Aerodata AG, Deutsche Aircraft signed an MoU to develop a German-made D328eco Special Mission Aircraft, designed to improve Europe’s intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities.
- Innovation in Propulsion: Deutsche Aircraft and Pratt & Whitney Canada advanced their partnership to integrate the PW127XT-S engine into the D328eco, supporting cleaner and more efficient regional air travel.
- Empennage Supplier Finalised: The selection of Aernnova as the empennage supplier completes the primary structure lineup for the D328eco programme, representing a major milestone on the path to full-scale production.
