On the occasion of 11th International Day of Yoga, BSF organized a mega Yoga Sangam Program as per the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) at BSF facility Nizamuddin. Sh Daljit Singh Chawdhary, DG BSF attended the event as chief guest and participated in the session along with troops and their families. 

More than 400  bordermen along with their family members, led by DG BSF participated in the morning Yoga Sangam Program to celebrate the 11th International Day of Yoga – 2025, organized in accordance to this year theme, “Yoga For One Earth, One Health”. The session was meticulously conducted by a group of trained BSF yoga instructors. The session was aimed to spread the message of maintaining physical fitness along with mental and spiritual wellbeing through Yoga. Yoga has played a prime role in enhancing mental and physical robustness of troops in Border Security Force which in turn helps them to discharge their duties efficiently in arduous & challenging conditions. 

The International Day of Yoga was organized at all BSF locations including Frontier HQrs, Sector HQrs, Battalion HQrs, Training Institutions and border out posts.
