Delhi, May 5, 2025 – In a significant move set to shape the future of Indian aviation, the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – National Aviation Council (WICCI NAC) has announced its official role as Association Partner for the upcoming Inter Passenger Terminal Show (IPTS) 2025, organized by Media Fusion.
Scheduled for June 11–12, 2025, at Hall 4, Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO Grounds, Goregaon (E), Mumbai, the IPTS 2025 will mark India’s first large-scale platform dedicated to airport terminal innovation, infrastructure excellence, and passenger-centric transformation. The summit aligns closely with key national initiatives including PM Gati Shakti, UDAN, and Digi Yatra, aiming to reimagine how terminals are designed, operated, and experienced.
IPTS 2025 is poised to be a pivotal event in India’s aviation sector, bringing together over 5,000 stakeholders, including senior executives, consultants, and government representatives, to explore smart terminal technologies, sustainability solutions, and enhanced passenger experiences.
As a pioneering council driving gender-inclusive leadership and strategic foresight in aviation, WICCI NAC is set to play a central role in the summit’s discourse — spotlighting breakthrough ideas, people-first design thinking, and sustainability-led innovation.
Championing Women-led Innovation
WICCI NAC will highlight the contributions of three leading women transforming India’s terminal landscape:
- Bharti Singh – Panel: Empowering Aviation – The Role of Women in Shaping Future-Ready Terminals
- Rakhee Biswas – Panel: Hyper-Personalization at Scale – Rewriting the Passenger Journey
- Nandita Bhatt – Fireside Chat: What Is the Future of Airport Terminal Design?
From vernacular artificial intelligence and green terminal blueprints to biometric passenger journeys and inclusive experience design, the council will present its Airport 5.0 vision — a roadmap for building terminals that are smarter, sustainable, and socially conscious.
“We are proud to partner with IPTS 2025 to advance the Terminal Revolution — rooted in strategic foresight, smart technology, sustainability, and women-led transformation,” said Lynn Frederick Dsouza, National President, WICCI National Aviation Council. “Our collaboration reflects a shared commitment to building aviation ecosystems that are future-ready, globally competitive, and profoundly people-centric.”
WICCI National Aviation Council is a not-for-profit wing under the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, dedicated to fostering inclusive leadership, strategic foresight, and innovation in the aviation sector.
