New Delhi, October 31, 2025: In line with the directions of the Government of India, the Indo–Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) successfully conducted a series of activities under Special Campaign 5.0 from October 2 to October 31, 2025. The campaign aimed to maintain cleanliness in offices, ensure scientific management of records, dispose of pending matters, and enhance public awareness.
During the campaign, all units and formations of ITBP carried out extensive cleanliness drives, disposal of unserviceable items, digitization of files, and efficient office space management. Environmental protection activities were also organized. Officers and personnel across formations participated enthusiastically, inspiring local communities to adopt cleanliness practices.
On this occasion, officers and personnel took a pledge to uphold the spirit of “Swachhta Hi Seva” (Cleanliness is Service) and to keep their workplaces clean, green, and well–organized. At the Force Headquarters, special activities such as review of pending files, prompt disposal of public grievances, and promotion of the Official Language Hindi were also undertaken.
This campaign by ITBP is not only a step towards enhancing administrative efficiency but also a reflection of the Force’s commitment to clean, transparent, and accountable governance.
