National Academy for Defence Production (NADP) celebrated International Yoga DayIn a spiritually enriching and energizing atmosphere, the National Academy for Defence Production (NADP) celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June 2025, in collaboration with devotees from the Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS).

The event began with a warm welcome and a profound message from Swami Lalitanandji, delivered from the YSS Headquarters in Ranchi. His words emphasized the timeless power of yoga in cultivating inner peace and resilience.

Dr. Amishi Arora offered a captivating narrative on the spiritual lineage of yoga masters—from Mahavatar Babaji to Lahiri Mahasaya, Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri, and Paramahansa Yogananda. She drew a powerful parallel between this sacred transmission and Lord Krishna’s teachings to Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita, highlighting yoga as a divine mission for humanity.

The session featured a live demonstration and guided meditation led by Mr. Sunil Srivastava, including energization exercises that helped participants experience calmness and vitality. His practical approach made yogic techniques accessible and engaging for all attendees.

Dr. J.P. Dash shared valuable insights on the importance of practicing yoga with awareness, emphasizing the role of the mind in guiding the body and the long-term benefits of regular practice.

Held at Arjun House, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from NADP officers, staff, and employees. The collective spirit and unity in practice reflected NADP’s commitment to holistic well-being and personal growth.

This celebration served as a reminder that yoga is not just a physical discipline but a path to inner strength, clarity, and peace—qualities essential for those serving in the nation’s defense production sector.
