In continuation with Yoga Day events from last three days, today, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, 3500 NCC cadets from Nagpur Group came together throughout Vidarbha to celebrate the ancient practice of yoga, promoting physical and mental well-being.
The Day was celebrated with full zeal and gusto at nearly 50 different locations to include various iconic locations like Yashwant Stadium where Shri Nitin Gadkari Minister of Road Transport & Highways of India was also in attendance, Zero Mile, and various schools and colleges spread across Nagpur and Wardha districts. Following the dictum of NCC of “Nation First” and as part of their holistic training, these young cadets demonstrated their commitment to discipline, self-awareness, and teamwork through yoga sessions.
The event aimed to:
