Nagpur. 09 October 2025. The 93rd Air Force Day was commemorated on 08 Oct 25 at Headquarters Maintenance Command, Nagpur with all Air Warriors, Non-Combatants (Enrolled), and Civilians taking the oath, reaffirming their commitment to serve the nation with honesty, integrity, and devotion. Air Mshl AK Pan, SMSO HQ MC administered the oath.
Messages from the President, Vice President, Prime Minister, Defence Minister, Chief of the Air Staff, and Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Maintenance Command were read out to the gathering.
On the occasion, Commendations by the Chief of the Air Staff and the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief were conferred upon meritorious personnel in recognition of their outstanding service. Before the event, SMSO also laid a wreath at the Shaurya Samarak, paying homage to the valiant soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice in service of the nation.
As part of the celebrations, a series of events were organized, bringing together IAF Veterans who were honoured for their invaluable contributions. Their presence not only rekindled memories of glorious service but also served as an inspiration for the serving fraternity.
