Dubai. 30 November 2025. At the Dubai Airshow’s Inspiration Zone—an ecosystem showcasing India’s most promising technology-driven startups—Cnerzy Inc has emerged as an exciting new entrant in the aerospace procurement and manufacturing landscape. Founded by Raghu Vinukollu, Cnerzy Inc aims to bridge global supply and demand through an AI-enabled platform designed to streamline procurement and empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across India. ADU sat down with Raghu to understand the company’s mission, its unique value proposition, and how it is redefining the manufacturing procurement ecosystem for the aerospace and wider industrial sectors.

Raghu Vinukollu on Cnerzy’s RoleADU. Raghu, we are here at the Dubai Airshow in the Inspiration Zone with startups from India, including Cnerzy Inc. Your platform seems to address several aspects of supply and demand in aerospace. Tell us what you are doing here and what you are showcasing.

Raghu Vinukollu. Thank you. Cnerzy Inc is all about creating synergies in the manufacturing domain. Procurement today is extremely fragmented, and our goal is to simplify the journey for a procurement manager. Through an AI-based platform, we streamline the entire process—from identifying a validated pool of suppliers to enabling buyers to discover trustworthy manufacturing partners. For India, this means bringing small and medium enterprises into the global value chain. Buyers globally can view these verified suppliers, post requirements and engage with them seamlessly. In essence, we simplify procurement while giving SMEs a global stage.

ADU. What is the level of business you currently have in India? Do you already have clients onboard?

Raghu Vinukollu. We are a bootstrap company and have just begun generating revenue. However, we already have a strong supplier base that we have onboarded onto the platform. One of our core strengths is that we act as the storytellers for these SMEs. Much like an editor tells a story, we curate each supplier’s profile, highlight their capabilities, and position them effectively for global buyers. Our customers are slowly but steadily recognising the potential of the Indian SMB ecosystem. India has proven itself in IT—so why not manufacturing? We have the talent, the capability and the ambition. Cnerzy is here to demonstrate that Indian manufacturing can compete globally.

cnergyADU. How has the footfall been for you here at Dubai Airshow?

Raghu Vinukollu. The footfall has been decent. As we discussed earlier, unlike shows such as Aero India, Dubai Airshow tends to attract more focused and serious visitors. The number of leads may be fewer, but the quality and maturity of conversations are significantly higher. We have met stakeholders who clearly understand supply chain complexities and are genuinely interested in solutions like ours.

ADU. You mentioned your base in Bangalore. Is all of Cnerzy’s setup located there?

Raghu Vinukollu. At this point, yes. As a bootstrap startup, we are still working out of a garage—just like many great companies once did. We have also registered in the US, because the original plan was to connect demand from the US with supply from India. Interestingly, the reality turned out to be the opposite. We currently see enormous demand in India, especially in aerospace, and are now sourcing from the US to meet that demand. We are working closely with partners like WBPatch in the US to build a pool of suppliers. Our US registration is in Delaware.

ADU. Who exactly are your prospective buyers? What kind of organisations benefit from your platform?

Raghu Vinukollu. Anyone involved in procurement—across any industry. While aerospace is a major focus, we also cater to automotive, industrial machinery, consumer goods, energy, electronics and semiconductors. Manufacturing engineering cuts across all these sectors. Metal cutting is the same whether it’s aviation or automotive. So our prospective buyers include procurement managers seeking standard parts, build-to-print components, design services, prototyping, small batch orders or large-scale production. Every organisation—startups, SMBs and large enterprises—faces procurement challenges. Our platform brings together a pool of capable and hungry SMBs who can address those challenges.

ADU. So in one word, can we say Cnerzy is a consultancy?

Raghu Vinukollu. I would call it an ecosystem—more specifically, a community we are building. Our goal is to bring suppliers and buyers together in one place so meaningful business can happen. We are not just intermediaries; we are enablers of collaboration in the manufacturing value chain.

Cnerzy Inc represents a fresh and much-needed approach to manufacturing procurement. By leveraging AI to connect global buyers with India’s emerging SMB manufacturing talent, the company is empowering enterprises and simplifying complex supply chains. From aerospace to automotive, Cnerzy’s cross-sector applicability and its mission to elevate Indian manufacturing make it a company to watch.

As the Dubai Airshow continues to spotlight innovation, Raghu Vinukollu’s journey from a garage startup to building a global procurement ecosystem underscores the growing influence of Indian entrepreneurship on the world stage.
