When it comes to Greece, many immediately think of Athens, but may overlook that there is another major city 500 kilometres to the north which is one of the most fascinating in the eastern Mediterranean: Thessaloniki. LOT Polish Airlines, for more than 20 years a member of Star Alliance, has launched new flights from Warsaw to Thessaloniki right in time for the 2025 summer season. The Polish airline serves the second largest metropolis in Greece all year round: daily in the summer season and four times a week during the winter of 2025/2026.
In order to offer passengers maximum flexibility, departures from Warsaw take place at two different times: Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 9:40h; Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 14:10h. The flight time is around 2:20 hours. Passengers can choose between two comfortable service classes, LOT Business Class and LOT Economy Class.
