The multi-rotor UAV has a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of 52 kg, with a payload capacity of up to 30 kg, and offers a flight endurance of up to 45 minutes, enabling medium-range and time-sensitive cargo missions. Built using aerospace-grade carbon fibre composites and precision-engineered aluminium, the platform combines lightweight construction with structural durability for operations in varied environments.

Skywing 90 is a high-endurance quadcopter designed for military-grade reconnaissance and surveillance. Equipped with advanced stabilisation systems and high-performance imaging payloads, it is engineered to operate reliably in challenging conditions.

Both Skyshipper and Skywing 90 are powered by KKA Autopilot, AKSI Aerospace’s proprietary flight control and navigation system. The platform integrates safety features such as geo-fencing, dynamic load-aware flight limits, and redundant operational safeguards to support secure and reliable missions. The drones also use dual smart lithium-ion battery packs with real-time telemetry, developed by LiHi Smart Batteries, an AKSI Aerospace Group company, to enhance flight safety and mission reliability.

At Wings India 2026, AKSI Aerospace Group is also showcasing its vertically integrated UAV manufacturing ecosystem, including advanced carbon composite manufacturing capabilities through its group company Roboclave Smart AI Composite Technologies. The facility supports automated composite layup, autoclave curing, CNC machining, and AI-assisted quality control, catering to both prototyping and large-scale UAV production.
