13th June, 2025 – ITP Aero returns to the Paris Air Show in 2025 (Hall 2a C280) with exceptional momentum, driven by two years of record-breaking financial performance, and a comprehensive strategic plan focused on investment in research and development (R&D), sustainability, and key leadership appointments.

In the last financial year, revenue climbed to a record €1.61 billion, a 24% year-on-year increase. Since 2022, ITP Aero has grown its revenue by 57%, reflecting the strength of its long-term growth strategy.

To support this trajectory, ITP Aero has invested €235 million in industrial capabilities since 2022, including €100 million in manufacturing plants during 2024 alone. This includes a €28 million to a new castings facility in Mexico and the acquisition of BP Aero to strengthen its global maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) footprint.

In February 2025, ITP Aero opened its brand-new €24 million ADMIRE centre at their headquarters in Zamudio, Bilbao in Spain. This now serves as ITP Aero’s global R&D hub and represents a major step in their mission to deliver cleaner, more efficient propulsion technologies, with a focus on SAF, hybrid, and hydrogen capabilities.

As a leader in clean and efficient propulsion, ITP Aero continues to prioritise innovation, investing over €100 million in R&D in 2024 – just one part of a €700 million commitment to innovation over the last eight years. The company is advancing hydrogen propulsion, including the first successful Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) test and the construction of a unique open-air test bench, developing hybrid-electric technologies through consortium-led initiatives, and leading in additive manufacturing as the first aeroengine company certified by EASA for a structural component produced using additive processes.

Eva Azoulay, ITP Aero Group CEO, said: “ITP Aero enters this year’s Paris Air Show with strong momentum and a clear, strategic objective of being a significant player in the transformation of aerospace through innovation, sustainability, and global collaboration. Our record growth, both financially and in terms of strategic investment over the past two years, reflects the strength of our long-term vision.

“As we continue to invest in advanced technologies and expand our capabilities worldwide, we remain committed to delivering cleaner, more efficient propulsion solutions that will power the future of flight.”

ITP Aero also plays a central role in major European defence aeroengine programmes and leads Spain’s contribution to the Future Combat Air System (FCAS). To date, it has already fulfilled 90% of its subcontracting target for FCAS Phase 1B (2023–2026), marking significant progress in next-generation military propulsion development.

Sustainability is a core pillar of ITP Aero’s strategy. In 2024, they were awarded a Platinum Medal by EcoVadis, placing it among the top 1% of companies assessed worldwide. Its science-based targets for achieving net zero by 2030, validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), have already resulted in a 13% reduction in core emissions between 2018 and 2023, while achieving an 8% increase in revenue during that period. Additional recognition came from the Financial Times, which recognised ITP Aero as one of “Europe’s Climate Leaders 2025”.

To support its ambitions, ITP Aero has reinforced its executive leadership team since its last Paris Air Show appearance. Key appointments include Eva Azoulay as Group Chief Executive Officer (September 2023)Alan Jones as Executive Vice President of MRO Business (September 2024) and Alistair Kille as Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (March 2025).

ITP Aero returns to the Paris Air Show following a strong two years of operational performance, a clear strategic vision, and a commitment to shaping a more sustainable future for aerospace.
