New Delhi. 05 July 2019. The Ministry of Home Affairs budget allocation represents an increase of Rs 5,858 crore over the RE of FY 2018-19 amount of Rs 1,13,167 crores.

A sum of Rs 1,19,025 crore has been allocated to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in the Union Budget 2019-20 presented by the Union Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs Nirmala Sitharaman in the Parliament today, while presenting the first Budget of Modi-2 government.

This MHA budget estimate for 2019-20 includes Rs 15098 crore allocation for Union Territories.
