The Ministry of Civil Aviation has hired IMaCS to undertake a comprehensive skill gap analysis of the civil aviation sector and to formulate a future road map for skill development in the sector. IMaCS have now submitted their draft Report. The objective of today’s workshop was to discuss the recommendations of the draft report with all stakeholders before a final report is prepared.
